2594537 - Error Message no. BP603 or BP613 is raised unexpectedly when budget is not actually exceeded

A purchase order is created in transaction ME21N or via BAPI.

At the time of saving the PO an error message is raised unexpectedly, stating the objects' budget is (almost) exceeded, for example:

• BP 603 - Item & budget exceeded
• BP 613 - Item & budget almost exhausted

Consider this symptom can be experienced with different t-codes that will create actual documents which will consume the object budget.
