2594597 - Display condition usage in WCOCO doesn't list all documents with accruals - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

 A condition contract is created, and accrual were able to be posted for this contract (e.g. during billing document creation in VF01 or purchase order in ME21N).

When checking the business volume for the condition contract (for example in WB2R_BUSVOL) and compare it with those documents for which accruals were posted using the "Display condition usage" functionality in WCOCO transaction, accruals were not posted for all relevant business volume-related documents.
