2594694 - Error when adding non stock components to an Order (06407, IW196)

• You have adjusted the customizing to enable collective purchase requisitions for a specific plant/order type (Transaction: OIOE) 
• You are now trying to add a Non Stock component to an order.
• After entering in the values, the system is generating the following errors:

Purchase requisition does not exist

Message no. 06407

Purchase requisition could not be generated for component

Message no. IW196

• The component does not get added to the order.
