Reproducing the Issue
1) In a variable pay form can I only sort by the Employee Column?
2) Can I change the default sorting of a Compensation Form?
Resolution
1) Currently in a Variable Pay template, sorting in Executive Review can only be done by clicking on the Employee Column:
Filters and Sorting in Compensation and Variable Pay forms are classed as "sticky". If you change the sorting/filtering either in Executive Review or in the worksheet, it will hold this change for the next time you view the data.
2) You can change the default sorting of a Compensation form by going to your template and locating the following code: " <comp-default-sort " .
Note:
- If you make a change then you will have to relaunch the forms.
- As the filters and sorting options are sticky, it will only hold the default sort until a user makes a change again.
