2594819 - A Zero Booking was Created Automatically as User is Not Eligible for the Target Period

After running Accrual Calendar with Recalculation enabled, the following error is seen in the log file:

A zero booking was created automatically as user is not eligible for the target period.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core
• Employee Central
• Time Off

The employee is not eligible for the Time Account Type associated to their Time Profile:

Using the Data Retention Management Tool, update the employee's eligibility to Yes.

OR

In Employee Profile > Job Information change the Time Profile to one associated to a Time Account Type the employee is eligible for.
