2594865 - How to identify users created in Provisioning - SuccessFactors Platform

• You are unsure how a particular user was created.
• The User Data File (UDF) contains admin accounts that are unfamiliar.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

SAP Partners and SAP Cloud Support team, who have access to Provisioning, can create admin users on behalf of the customer.  

These users will by default have access to the admin tool "Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access" in Admin Center and they will be able to assign super admin permissions by adding themselves or anyone else to the "Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access" page.  

Important: Not all users with access to this feature were created from Provisioning. As per the KBA 2344584, you can allow other users to access this page.

To understand how a user was created, you can run a Change Audit report. For more details on this feature, follow the SAP Help Portal guide Change Audit Reports.
