2594865 - How to identify users created in Provisioning - SuccessFactors Platform

• You don't know how a particular user has been created
• User Data File (UDF) contains admin accounts you are not aware of

SAP Partners and SAP Cloud Support team, who have access to Provisioning, can create admin users on behalf of the customer.

These users will by default have the "Manage Role-Based Permission Access" available under "Set User Permissions", from Admin Center.

This user will be able to assign super admin permissions by adding themselves/or anyone else to the "Manage Role-Based Permission Access" page.

NOTE: It does not mean all users with access to this feature were created from Provisioning, because as per the KBA 2344584 you can allow other users to access this page.
