2595313 - How to mark an Alert as Done - Employee Central

Symptom

You have multiple alerts in some user's todo and you would like to remove them from there because those activities has already been done or the alert was triggered incorrectly.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in the instance with the employee responsible for the alert.
  2. Go to the Home Page.
  3. Under 'For you Today' section, see the to-do tile for the alert you want to remove.

Resolution

  1. Log in the instance with the employee responsible for the alert.
  2. Go to the Home Page.
  3. Under 'For you Today' section, see the to-do tile for the alert you want to remove.
  4. Click on 'Done' button as per screenshot below.
