2595396 - The Leading Zero is Truncated in an Extension Field

The leading zero is truncated in an Extension Field.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Pre-Requisite:

Extension field ABC (ABC represents the field Label) was created in the Account.

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Select the Accounts view.
3. Select the Edit button.
4. Maintain a value starting with a zero (e.g. 0123) in the field ABC.
5. Select the Save button.

In the Display mode the value of the field ABC is displayed as 123.

This is the expected system behaviour if the type of the extension field is Decimal Number.

You can create an Extension Field of the type Text, in which the leading Zero will not be truncated.
