You Assembled your Patch Solution and now you are downloading it from SAP Cloud Applications Studio.
You noticed that instead of the Patch Solution ID you get the .zip file with the Original Solution ID, even you are downloading the Patch Solution.

Whenever a solution is downloaded, may it be a patch or original, it's always downloaded as original namespace.
Resolution
This is the expected behavior of the system.
