2595661 - Unable to access Webapps after upgrade to 4.2 SP4 with SSL enabled

Symptom

  • Unable to access all the webapps with SSL enabled.
  • Issue observed after upgrade to 4.2 SP4 with tomcat version been upgraded.
  • Tomcat Logs show below traces:

WARNING [main] org.apache.tomcat.util.IntrospectionUtils.setProperty IntrospectionUtils: InvocationTargetException for class org.apache.catalina.connector.Connector port=8443)java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)

WARNING [main] org.apache.catalina.startup.SetAllPropertiesRule.begin [SetAllPropertiesRule]{Server/Service/Connector} Setting property 'port' to '8443' did not find a matching property.

WARNING [main] org.apache.tomcat.util.IntrospectionUtils.setProperty IntrospectionUtils: InvocationTargetException for class org.apache.catalina.connector.Connector URIEncoding=UTF-8) java.lang.reflect.

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.Object.getClass() of a null object loaded from local variable 'o' at org.apache.tomcat.util.IntrospectionUtils.setProperty(IntrospectionUtils.java:60)
