Resolution
1. Is it possible to change/swap Business Partner Number Range between manual and automatic?
It is not possible to change the Business Partner Number Range if there are Customers created in the tenant. It is also not supported to delete Master Data.
2. Why International Address version is missing for Accounts?
You can find the International Address Version for Accounts using steps:
1. Go to Customers work center
2. Accounts view
3. Open an Account, Go to Overview
4. Select Actions and then select You can find International Version
International Address version is not available for Individual Customer.
3. Is BusinessPartnerDuplicateCheck PSM enabled?
No, BusinessPartnerDulicateCheck is not PSM enabled.

5. How to maintain sales division for Accounts?
The Division is created in fine-tuning activity and maintained in the Sales Data facet of the Account.
6. How to automatically populate Customer Latitude and Longitude data using Customer Address?
You can use functionality Data Quality Management for the automatic population of Latitude and Longitude using Customer Address.

7. Why is Account Hierarchy view not visible in the Customers work centre for a Business Role?
The Business Role does not have Account Hierachy view assigned in the Administrator work center.

Yes, it is possble prevent Customer accounts from being converted back to Prospect role.

9. What is the purpose of different Account Filters?

10. Why do you have in Account OWL an existing account without any Account ID?
This Account is a so called Associated Business Partner or Twin Object, whenever a company (Organisational Management) is created, automatically in the background a customer with the same data is created (to support intercompany scenarios), while activating this company the customer gets created.
11. How do you see the Account hierarchy information from a Account Hierarchy tab in a Child Account ?
The Icon -"Show complete information" infront of the Account in Account Hierarchy tab will give detailed information of the hierarchy.
