2595722 - Several MS Word processes appear while using sm_crm

• You work with Solution Manager ITSM and while using the transaction SM_CRM (for example, editing a ticket) the application is starting a huge amount of word processes in the background.
• Laptop Processes are consumed 100% due to MS when accessing Change Request Management (ChaRM)
• SM_CRM trigger many WINWORD processes
