2595806 - Error when testing connection for Oracle datastore - SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services

When in SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services web application you create an Oracle datastore and select "Test connection" you receive the following error:

• When using a Linux agent machine the following error is shown:

Test failed for the default configuration '<configuration name>' of datastore: '<datastore name>':
Oracle shared library <libclntsh.so> not found. Please make sure it is installed and can be located using the library search path (LIBPATH on AIX, LD_LIBRARY_PATH on Solaris/Linux, SHLIB_PATH on HP-UX). Please check the file permissions for <libclntsh.so>.

• When using a Microsoft Windows agent machine the following error is shown:

Test failed for the default configuration '<configuration name>' of datastore: '<datastore name>':
Cannot find NT Oracle Server DLL <OCI.DLL>. Please make sure that Oracle has been installed and the PATH variable points to the correct lib directories.
