Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Settings > Panels
- Select any panel and the error appears:
Cause
It is likely the instance contains a PDF form with an illegal/special character either in the name of the form/the content in the form.
Resolution
Check all PDF forms. When the faulty content is identified, either delete the form or change the special character.
