2596271 - BEx transport request xxxxxx is not available or not suitable - RSO827

Symptom

When a BW query is saved on BW Modeling Tools, only the main query object is added to the task. All other objects are added directly to the transport. It also reports an error for each of these query elements.
When you save again, the error message disappear. 

Error message: BEx transport request '' is not available or not suitable

Message no. RSO827

Or

System setting does not allow changes to be made to object xxxxxxx  xxxxxxx

Message no. TO128


Diagnosis
There are the following possible causes:
• No request has been set up as the standard transport request for BEx objects.
• The (set up) request ''  (for the package '' ) has already been released.
• The (set up) request ''  (for the package '' ) is not of the type 'transportable change request'.
