Can we use Business Rules to generate the documents?

Employee Central - Document Generation

We cannot use Business Rules to generate the doucments. There are only three ways to generate a document. One is done as an Administrator, one using ESS (Employee Self-Service) and one using MSS (Manager Self-Service).
