2596660 - Removing content from an item thows error for completed review content

Removing a content object from a item after users have completed it (with the review content function enabled) throws an error for those users when they attempt to review content.

SAP Learning Management System

1. Create an item with AICC content ( review content enabled)
2. User completed item
3. Verify review content works
4. Edit item, remove AICC content and add a different content.
5. Have user attempt to review content
6. Error is thrown.

The AICC course is still attempting to communicate with the LMS and is throwing this error.

Instead of removing the content from the item, revise the item , then remove the content from the new revision and add the new item to the new revision.
