You request a report containing the soft purged records or users from your instance.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
Resolution
Create an incident and address it to SFSF Support Team so that we can resort to our Operations Team to proceed and provide this report including the following information:
- Customer's name
- CompanyID
- Data Center
