2596763 - After migrating to S/4HANA, the email output of purchasing documents contains the incorrect sender address - ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

After migrating to S/4HANA, after outputting a purchasing document through the email channel, the sender email address is displayed in the format "[userid]@xxx.com".

It is expected that the sender email address should be determined from the email address maintained in the user profile SU3.


For example, the user SAPSUPPORT is used to output a PO. The email address maintained in SU3 is "name1.name2@xxx.com".

However after the email has been output, the sender email is shown as "SAPSUPPORT@xxx.com".
