2596952 - User Getting an Error While Sending Offer Letter for Approval - Recruiting Management

User is getting an error with this fingerprint 3dcb047c9b68401ace4faf91fe8b568c3e3a7259 when trying to send the Offer Letter for approval.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to the Requisition and select the Candidate for whom you want release the offer for approval.
2. Select the Offer Approval Template.
3. Click on on save you will receive the Application Error

Cause of the issue would be in any one of the type=textarea filed customer would have entered the more than 4000 charecter.The textarea field only supports a limit of 4000 characters.

If there were more than 4000 character in the textarea field then the system will fail to input the data in the database and gives the below error message.

Customer has to limit the character up to 4000 or type=textarea filed has to be reconfigured as type=richtext.

textarea: multiple lines of alphanumeric text with a 4000-character limit, displayed as a 100-character-wide box (character limit and display are non-configurable).

richText: alphanumeric lines where there is effectively no character limit
