2597244 - Modify item in Curriculum and Assigned Date changes

When modifying an Item in a Curricula using the Curriculum Connector, the Assigned Date of the Item gets modified in the Users' Assigned Items.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Create a Curriculum;
2. Add Contents to it;
3. Assign it to Users;
4. Add new Content to the Curriculum or remove old Items in order to Add them again with changes in the dates and options (can be via connector);
5. The Assigned date of the newly added Items/readded Items will be latest date when the Items were added to the Curriculum.

Currently in order to update an item inside a Curriculum, it is mandatory to remove it and add it again. It is not possible to update the Item inside a Curriculum using the Curriculum Connector. However, this will always change the assigned date for the Users as the Item is considered by the system as being added to the Curricula and to the Users on the day it was added back using the Connector and it currently is the system behavior for all items that are later added to a Curriculum.

In order to modify the Item inside a Curriculum and not having it change the Assigned Date, you have to do it manually from inside LMS.

1. Find the Curriculum;
2. Go to its Contents tab;
3. Hit Edit;
4. Hit Edit next to the desired Item to be modified;
5. Perform the changes;
6. Hit Apply Changes.
