2597360 - First and Last Name Will not Appear in User & Member Lists

You are not able to see First Name and Last Name for some users under "User & Member Lists" in SAP Jam.

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Go to admin console in SAP Jam
2. Click on "Users"
3. Select "Users & Member Lists"
4. In the tab "Users" the First Name and Last Name columns are not populated with the respective information

The Personal Information in Employee Profile is empty for the affected users i.e. there is no First Name and Last Name.

You need to ensure that the Personal Information in Employee Profile contains the respective Information (First Name and Last Name).
