You are following note "1758090 - Archiving Solution Manager Incidents" to archive incidents,but in write phase, there is below error in the job log:
CRM Order xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx(GUID) has an order type not customized as incident
And there is a ST22 dump as below:

Transaction type is maintained in DNO_CUST04 but when trying to create a new incident (or, change document or request for change in ChaRM) , it is not showing up in the pop up.
