Symptom

  1. How to restrict transaction types when creating new Incidents using CRM Web UI?
  2. The desired transaction type(s) is not shown in the transaction type selection pop-up when creating a new transaction from the CRM Web UI.
  3. Why does search of incidents not return any results
  4. How to restrict the transaction types in "My messages - Assigned to me"?
  5. There are several transaction types displayed for one Message type(such as incidents or change documents)  in CRM UI --> My messages - Assigned to me, but you want to display fewer transaction types.
  6. How to restrict the status in pull down list when searching in CRM UI?
  7. You are following note "1758090 - Archiving Solution Manager Incidents" to archive incidents,but in write phase, there is below error in the job log:

CRM Order xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx(GUID) has an order type not customized as incident

And there is a ST22 dump as below:

Category ABAP Programming Error

Runtime Errors OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED

Except. CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL

ABAP Program CL_AI_CRM_IM_ARCH=============CP

Application Component SV-SMG-SUP

  1. Transaction type is maintained in DNO_CUST04 but when trying to create a new incident (or, change document or request for change in ChaRM) , it is not showing up in the pop up.
