2597524 - Reference date for Campaign and Segmentation mismatch

Reference dates for Campaign Runs, Segmentation Modeling and Target Group Snapshots are different according to your location.
Example: Create a segmentation with date selection from January 1st to January 31st, and interaction type as EMAIL_OUTBOUND. However, the result also contains interactions from December 31st if you are located in North America.
