After the Skillsoft connector runs, an error message appears in the log "user does not exisit"
Environment
SAP Learning Managment System
Cause
This is due to the CustomerName entry not having the correct name entered.
Resolution
In the System configurtaion connector settings look for "skillsoft.subjectarea.connector.customerName=". Verify that the name entered is the one Skillsoft has provided you for the Subject Area settings.
