2597566 - On-Hand Stock in Project Material Flow is Zero

On hand stock in project material flow is zero while it shows non-zero value in stock overview.

SAP Business Bydesign All versions

1. Go the Internal Logistics work center.
2. Go to the Stock Overview view.
3. Enter Material ID XYZ (XYZ stands for material ID).
4. Enter Logisitcs area ABC (ABC stands for Logistics area ID).
5. Enter Identified Stock XXX (XXX stands for Identified Stock ID).
6. Click Go.
7. You can see that on-hand stock is YYY (e.g 20 ea).
8. Go to Internal Logistics work center.
9. Go to Project Material Flow view.
10. Enter the same paramenters.
11. Click Go.
12. You can see that on-hand stock is 0 ea.

Identified Stock XXX has already expired. Project Material Flow considered stock of expired identified stock as zero on-hand stock.

1. Go to Planning and Production Master Data Work center.
2. Go to Identified Stock View
3. Search Identified Stock XXX
4. Select it and Click Edit.
5. Change the expiration date to a future date.
6. Click Save and Close.
