2597747 - Data Values tab is empty in Format Chart window of Web Intelligence when using Box Plot or Tag Cloud charts

Symptom

  • When creating a specific type of chart in Web Intelligence, the "Data Values" tab will be empty.
  • Therefore, the "Data Label Displaying Mode" can't be enabled to show the Axis values within the chart.
  • This behavior can be observed with Box Plot or Tag Cloud charts:
