Receive an error message when attempting to terminate an employee. The error reads Unable to determine the EventReason for the proposed change(s).

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Search for an employee to terminate.
2. Select Take Action -> Terminate.
3. Select the required information.
4. Attempt to save and the error is received.

 There is no Job Information record for this user.

Import Job Information for the user with the relevant event reason (Hire, Concurrent employment etc). Once this has been completed, you will be able to terminate the employee.
