Symptom
- On transaction SMQ1 and SMQ2 the "reorganize" action was performed causing a massive deletion in all entries on inbound queues.
- SM21 shows Q23 User XXX is deleting TID ************* in outbound queue XXXXX and or Q2 5 User XXX is deleting TID ********* in inbound queue XXX
For some reason, these entries are required again.
