2598068 - Msg 207, Level 16, State 4: Invalid column name 'dialect'.

Symptom

Running bcp master..syslogins from 15.7 SP139 into 16.0 SP03 and are getting the following message.

         Starting copy...
         Server Message: <SERVER_NAME> - Msg 207, Level 16, State 4:
         Invalid column name 'dialect'.
