When an agency user is adding/submitting a new candidate in the Agency Portal, is it possible to add more fields or remove any?

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to your Agency Portal
- Select a job requisition
- Add a new candidate by clicking on the three dots at the top right of the screen and select "Submit New Candidate"
The only supported fields for this area are:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Adding additional fields is not supported at this time. It is also not possible to remove any of these fields and they cannot be made non-mandatory. Please submit an Enhancement Request if you wish to see this functionality added in a future release.
