2598346 - Posted Accrual Value is Different Than Accrual Rule's Amount Posted.

You have configured the business rule to have Amount Posted in decimal i.e 5.3 hours

But in the time account accrual postings it shows 5:20

1. You have configured in the accrual rule Amount Posted to be 5.33

2. But on the user's Administer Time workbench details is shown "5:20"

3. Checking the Time Account in MDF UI (Manage Data > Time Account > Time Account Detail) it is also displayed in decimal format (5.33)

This is expected behaviour,  the values that are shown in the time off workbench are in format Hours:Minutes where in the accrual rule is added as its decimal representation based on MDF framework.

In other words, 1 hour represents 1.0 decimal as well as 30 minutes represent 0.5 so if you want to accrue 1:30 (1 hour and 30 muntes), in the accrual rule you should post the amount as 1.5.
