2598407 - Application error on Talent Card - Succession Management

When opening the Talent Card, an application error occurs:

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

This error message may be caused by the following misconfigurations:

• Readiness scale on Admin Center and/or in the Org Chart XML code of your instance
• Incomplete/incorrect integration of BizX with LMS
• The Learning Activity Template permission contains a permission that with an "[]"empty setting.
• Nomination portlet added to the Talent Card without Succession being enabled.

• First step to avoid this error message is to verify the Readiness configuration on Admin Center. Complete information on how to configure the Readiness Scale, is available in the KBA 2227080 - How to configure Readiness values for Succession Planning.
• If the Readiness scale is adjusted correctly and the error message is still occurring, it is necessary to verify the score and mapping values configured for the Org Chart XML on Provisioning, using the Check Tool for Succession. • In case corrections to the Readiness scale configuration in Org Chart XML is identified, contact your Implementation Partner, to complete tasks in Provisioning. If you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, contact SAP Cloud Support by opening an case under component "LOD-SF-SCM-SYS".
  
• Another scenario that may be causing this application error when opening the Talent Card, is caused by incomplete/incorrect integration of BizX and LMS. For this solution, you need to engage your Implementation Partner, as LMS integration must be reviewed and adjusted/completed for the system to work without errors.
• The there is an "[]" empty permission setting the Learning Activity Template, please has your Implementation Partner remove this.
• Remove the Nomination portlet if Succession is not enabled.
