2598808 - [SF MOB] - Candidate is unable to see the Job Description

Symptom

  • Candidate applies for the Job.
  • But the candidate is unable to see the Job description of the applied jobs.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors Mobile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the candidate profile on the external career site.
  2. Click on the Job Applied tab.
  3. The name of the applied job(s) can be seen.
  4. But the Job description is not available for the applied job(s).

Resolution

This is currently expected system behavior if the Mobile Apply feature has been enabled.
