Users are asking how and where to setup the security questions and answers combination for password reset system verification.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Users will be able to setup the security questions and answers upon logging in to SuccessFactors as soon as the administrator enables the 'Reset passwords using security questions' for your instance. A pop-up box will appear that will require the user to select the security questions and provide the corresponding answer.

Once saved, stored questions and answers can be maintained in the Name dropdown > Options > Security Questions.

Note : Starting H1 2022 (b2205)  release , now the answers to the Security Questions must be at least minimum four characters. Previously, we didn't have such restrictions.
