Customer is trying to terminate users.
When they set the termination date after the hire date, they are getting "terminate date cannot be a future date" error and when they set the termination date before the hire date, they are getting "terminate date precedes the hire date".

Successfactors Learning Management (LMS)
Cause
This is an expected behavior. Termination date is not supported in cloud environment.
The following validation rules are enforced for termination date:
1. Termination date is less than current system date
2. Termination date is greater than(after) hire date.
Resolution
Customer has the option to contact Professional Services for custom extensions.
