• Fiori ChaRM reports for Rfc and change documents cannot load
• HTTPWatch Professional shows 404 not found error: https://<server:port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/dsh_builder_ui5/Component-preload.js
• No contents in 'Change Control Management' reports
• SICF has service reported in 404 not found error (e.g. from above dsh_builder_ui5) activated
• Transaction /n/UI2/GW_APPS_LOG shows the same error once for each tile that cannot load:
  1 The request URL or the metadata definition is incorrect.
  2 Exception of type /IWFND/CX_SODATA_EDM_PROVIDER has occurred. See details for more information
  3 Exception of type /IWCOR/CX_DS_URI_NOT_MATCHING has occurred. See details for more information
