2598984 - The amount of the prior period is not taken into account when running consolidation with 'Periodic Calc' checked

Symptom

You define the Eliminations and Adjustments rule with 'Periodic Calc' checked.

Ideally, the ownership percentage should be applied on the periodic values. That is to say, the system calculates the difference between the current period and prior period amounts, and it applies to it the ownership percentages specified for ALL, GROUP, and MINORITY in the consolidation rules formula table. The result is added back to prior period's value as written in the current period.

However, in your case, the value only contains the periodic value of the current period but no prior period's value.
