Symptom

Consolidated database log file:
Error [Sybase][ODBC Driver]Could not load code page for requested charset, is encounted while downloading data from consolidated to remote

Mobilink server log file contains:
[-10211] A downloaded value for table 'MyTable' (column #5) contains character data that cannot be converted

The Mobilink client (dbmlsync) log file includes:
Error code from MobiLink server: -10211
Server error: Message: A downloaded value for table 'MyTable' (column #5) contains character data that cannot be converted. Table Name: MyTable
