2599403 - Enable Intelligent Services Centre using the Upgrade Centre(ISC)

How to Enable Intelligent Services Center using the Upgrade Center(ISC).

Successfactors HCM Suite

You can now enable Intelligent Services Center using the Upgrade Center.

Before: The existing Intelligent Services who are using Event Center cannot upgrade to ISC through Admin self service. 

After B1705  release: The existing Intelligent Services who are using Event Center can upgrade to ISC through Admin self service (Upgrade Center).

Please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Admin Centre > Upgrade Centre >Recommended upgrades.
2. Search for Intelligent Services Centre.
3. Click on Learn More & Upgrade Now.
