2599410 - Employees missing from Payroll Reconciliation Report in mass execution

Symptom

When executing the Payroll Reconciliation Program (RPCPRCU0) for multiple employees simultaneously, one or more employees are unexpectedly excluded from the selection and do not appear in the report output. However, when the program is executed individually for those same employees, they are selected and processed correctly.
