2599554 - Odata attachment upsert to custom MDF Object not reflecting attachments in UI

Symptom

  • You have a custom MDF Object in SuccessFactors which includes a field of type "Attachment".
  • Now while uploading attachments using the UI/browser, it works fine.(i.e. the object can be imported successfully and also shows up under the corresponding portlet)
  • However when uploading it using the SFOData.Attachment entity, it does not seem to work as expected.
  • The Upsert response shows 'OK/UPSERTED' but the document does not show up under the specified custom object's portlet in UI.
