2599847 - How to report on Agency posting of job requisitions - Recruiting Management

Possibility to report on Agency posting of job requisitions.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

There is no direct field to report on the Agency name to which a job has been posted. But you can create an ad hoc report for fetching the Job posting value for a job using KBA 2428346 .

1.  Go to Home >> Reports (Analytics)
2.  Go to Ad hoc reporting
3. Create a Recruiting V2 report
4. In the columns, select the table Posting and fields Board ID, Board Name, Job Req etc
5. This report will show you the job posting information for the selected jobs; but if you want only details for jobs posted in Agencies you need to filter the Board ID=Agency.
