2600083 - MR8M/MRRL: Error WS068: "Date in item & of document & does not exist" - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When cancelling an Invoice through transaction MR8M or using Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS) functionality through transaction MRRL, error WS068 -"Date in item XXXXXX of document YYYYYYYYYY does not exist" is raised for the Purchasing Document. This error can also occur in BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE/BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE1
