2600151 - Error: Insufficient privilege for Streaming user - SAP HANA Streaming, SAP Event Stream Processor

• For the Streaming project, there is an SAP HANA Output Adapter or SAP IQ Output Adapter or SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) Output Adapter connected to a Keyed Stream or Window.
• The connector status goes to DEAD at the very start of the project.
• The project log file reports errors. For example, when using the SAP HANA Output Adapter:

User <database-user> is missing privilege DELETE for TABLE <schema.table>
 
User <database-user> tried to execute 'DELETE FROM "<schema-name>"."<table-name>" WHERE "<primary-key-field"=?'

• What is the reason for this, and can this be solved without giving delete permissions?
