2600222 - eSocial: S-1010 wrong intial validity date when there is a S-1070

Symptom 1:
You have generated eSocial event S-1070 for a wage type and event S-1010, for this wage type, does not reflect the right initial validity date.

Symptom 2:
You have sent event S-1010 with wage types that are referenced on lawsuits. On TDF you receive a error message:

"Error on release rule: GERAL_VALIDA_DADOS_TABCONTRIB"
"Value( XXXX ) for field( NR_PROC ) of event type S1070 not found."
