2600238 - Behavior of Displayed User Limit Per cell

Matrix report excel doesn't show users when number of users is more than the  Displayed User Limit Per cell

SuccessFactors BIZX: Matrix Grid Report

1.Go to Admin Center

2. Under Succession select 'Performance-Potential matrix configuration'

3. Set the 'Displayed User Limit Per Cell' to 100

4. Generate 9-box report or matrix report via Succession

5. You would see number of users in each cell but if number of users exceeds 100 then you won't see any user in the cell and gives you message that 'The number of users exceeds the maximum defined in Admin Center. Click to see all users'.

6. Click on 9-box export-> you won't see count of users in a cell for which number of users exceeds the defined limit

This is the expected behavior, matrix report excel won't show count of users in a cell if number of users in a cell exceeds the defined cell limit.

Set the Displayed User Limit Per cell to a maximum number, say 500(depending on the number of users per cell if less than 500). Once this is done, the 9 Box will be displayed clearly without any issues. Kindly follow below steps for updating cell limit:

•  Go to Admin Center 
•  Under Succession select 'Performance-Potential matrix configuration'
•  Set the 'Displayed User Limit Per Cell' to 500
