2600501 - Notes Are Not Displaying in The Supporting Information Pod - Performance Management

• The Employee (subject of the form) is unable to see any notes in the Supporting Information Pod in the Performance Form. 
• However, when the form is routed to the Manager step, the Manager is able to see the notes in the Supporting Information Pod.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1.  As an Employee, open the Performance Form

The Notes (added on the Employee Profile) are not dispaying in the Supporting Information Pod

2. Route the form to the Manager step

3. As the Manager, open the Performance Form

The Notes are displaying in the Supporting Information Pod

• The subject users for whom you leave a note can view the note on their Employee Profile and NOT on their Performance form.
• As a Manager, if you leave a note for a subject user, you will be able to view your note on the Supporting Pod, on the subject user's Performance form.
