After adding the Org. chart to the Contingent Profile, Contingent Workers cannot see the Org. Chart block on their profile.

Reproducing the Issue

Add Org. chart to Contingent Profile
- Add role to Contingent on self
- Proxy/log in as a contingent employee
- Go to the Employee Profile - cannot see Org. Chart Block
Cause
This is expected behaviour. The decision not to display the Org. Chart block on the Employee Profile of a Contingent Worker is a business decision.
It is by design and the coding is consistent with the same.
Resolution
This is expected behaviour. If you wish to have this feature, it is necessary to submit your enhancement request in the Customer Community. Please see KBA 2090228 for further details.
