How to build a workflow report adding the Workflow Current Step Owner First Name and Last Name?

• Report Center - Canvas Report

Create a Workflow Report in Advanced Reporting

Step 1: log in to the instance > Analytics - Advanced Reporting  / (Report Center - Report Canvas)

Step 2:  Select Workflow from the list

1. Workflow
2. Workflow Wf Request
3. Add fields such as 
   • Add fields such as: 
   • Created By (Legal Last Name)
   • Created Date
   • Current Step Num
   • Status
   • Wf Request Id

Step 3: Workflow Wf Request > Current Step Workflow Wf Request Step

Select Workflow Wf Request > Current Step Workflow Wf Request Step

Add fields such as:

1. Current Step Action Type
2. Current Step Last Modified By (First Name)
3. Current Step Last Modified By (Legal Last Name)
4. Current Step Owner Id
5. Current Step Status

 In this table there is no:  Current Steps Owner First Name or Current Steps Owner Last Name

The Current Steps Owner First Name or Current Steps Owner Last Name are found in the Global Job Information Table moving to the right of the: Workflow Wf Request > Current Step Workflow Wf Request Step.

Do all the above 3 steStep and add the next step (4)

steps 4: Workflow Wf Request > Current Step Workflow Wf Request Step > Current Step Owner: Current Step Owner Global Job Information

Add the following steps:

1. Current Step Owner First Name
2. Current Step Owner Last Name
3. Current Step Owner Person Id
4. Current Step Owner Users Sys Id

The Result will show all the information related to the Current Step Owner from the Global Job Information
